Check-in Policy

Check-in is at 2pm and checkout 12pm. If you arrive after closing please see the office door for your site info and check in the next morning at 9am.

If you arrive when the office is closed and you do not have a reservation please see the list of available sites on the office door and check in the next morning at 9am.

Reservation Policy

  • Sites are reserved on the day of placing reservations, and a one night deposit will be taken at that time.
  • You can check-in and set up on your site no earlier than 2:00 pm.
  • You must be fully packed up and checked out by 12 noon on your departure date.
  • Deposits for reservations can be made by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
  • July, October, All Holidays & Special Events require a 3-night minimum.


You ARE responsible for all days scheduled on your reservation.  If you must eliminate any days upon arrival; you will be charged the daily rate for each day eliminated.  There will be no refunds for early departure.

Cancellation Policy:

Should you need to cancel a reservation, you must notify us before 12 noon 14 days prior to the reservation date in order to get everything back besides a $15 service fee. If you call after 12 pm less than 14 days prior, then you will lose the deposit completely. Any changes to your reservation must be done at least 14 days prior to your arrival date.
